The breakfast timing should be extended to accommodate guests who prefer to have breakfast later in the morning.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our stay. the location of the hotel was excellent, close to key attractions and in a peaceful neighborhood. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including fresh vegetables and fruits, which we really enjoyed.

The room we booked did not match what we had prepaid for, and the hotel lied to us about the availability of the room. the shower had a very poor water flow, making it difficult to have a proper shower.

We loved the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms with comfortable beds and a luxurious bathroom. The convenient location allowed us to easily explore the popular attractions of the city. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location of this hotel is perfect for sightseeing in the Old City. It's in a convenient position, surrounded by all the historical landmarks I wanted to visit. The room amenities were also fantastic, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The mini-bar, sitting area, and in-room safe were all very convenient. And the food! The restaurant here served me some excellent dishes, and the continental breakfast was delicious. I also loved the outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather while enjoying a meal. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly memorable.

Conveniently located in the heart of Old Town with a charming garden view. Smooth check-in and check-out process. Comfortable rooms with a traditional touch. Good breakfast selection and complimentary tea and coffee available. Friendly and helpful staff.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. The location was so convince, in the middle of the old city, which made it easy for me to do sightseeing. The staff was very nice and gave helpful recommendations. They also allowed me a late check-out service. The restaurant offered the tastiest food in this place and the room service was superb. Besides, the room was provided with everything I could need, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar. The bellhops were very helpful and willing to accommodate special requests, like mine, which made our departure smoother. There were so many amenities available such as the leisure bbq facilities, bar/ lounge area, and outdoor dining area. There was also free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, business centre, and cots for families with babies.

This venue is exactly what I was looking for and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The staff at the reception were friendly and courteous, always ready to assist with any queries we had. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. Additionally, the hotel's location in the Sultanhamet area made it convenient to explore major attractions such as the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, all within a walkable distance. There were also plenty of great restaurants nearby to try out the local cuisine.

Although the hotel lacked a bit in providing comprehensive tourist information, it did not dampen our overall experience. We found navigating the trams and discovering local cuisine a bit challenging, so having a better guide would have been helpful.
